What kind of nutrition can I expect in this program?
Without revealing it all, I will tell you that we start with simple and add as you go to keep the nutrition part of this program custom to you, NOT overwhelming and we use a combination of strategies like MACROS and more to fit what YOU need most!
When will the program start?
ASAP! This is a customized program so it doesn't wait until the others start, we start as soon as you are ready! We start on Monday's and the first week is more about getting on a call, customizing your plan, getting you mentally ready, then we start!
Is there a payment plan option?

What if I am not ready or at my goal at the end of the 6 weeks?
This program is a done FOR you program that comes with education along the way so when you are ready, you can continue on your own BUT you don't have to. At the end of the 6 weeks, we visit about more 1 on 1 customized options, or group coaching options to fit your needs, your budget and continue support you until you are 100% ready to go on your own.
